“ The restaurant is nice and clean. You can see the kitchen and how the food is prepared. We had the breakfast for four people. We swapped two plain parathas for aloo parathas. We love everything. The food was delicious, filling and super fresh. The chais were one of the best we ever had. We liked the halwa so much, that we ordered more to take home. Would definitely recommend! ”

“ During our recent visit to Parata Box, we had the pleasure of indulging in a delightful selection of dishes, including Aloo Paratha, Chicken Steak Noodles, and Chicken Steak with Chips. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavour, and cooked to perfection. The Aloo Paratha was wonderfully crisp on the outside with a beautifully spiced potato filling, while the Chicken Steak Noodles were rich, savoury, and perfectly balanced in texture. The Chicken Steak with Chips was equally delectable, with tender, well-seasoned chicken and crisp, golden fries. The true highlight of the experience was the remarkable lady running the entire establishment single-handedly—taking orders, cooking, and serving with admirable efficiency and grace. Although she inadvertently forgot to provide the sauce with the Chicken Steak with Chips, we hardly minded, given her incredible effort and dedication. Beyond the food, the environment was warm and welcoming, and the service was impeccable despite the challenges of managing everything alone. Parata Box is undoubtedly a hidden gem, offering an authentic and heartwarming dining experience. We will most certainly be returning. ”

“ We ( me and my family) had a great experience at Paratha Box in Upton Park. The food tastes just like homemade — fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The portions are very decent for the price, which is quite reasonable compared to many other places. They really pay attention to the little details too: you get wet wipes with your order, and the customer service is friendly and welcoming. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Parking can be a bit tricky in the area unless you’re lucky enough to find a spot, but there is a pay and display option nearby which makes it manageable. Overall, a fantastic spot if you’re craving proper, home-style parathas. Definitely recommend! ”

“ Very polite and friendly staff. Feel at home atmosher. They make perfect paratha with nicely cooked chickpease curry and halwa. The prices are very reasonable. Downstairs they have nice big toilet/washroom. I would like to draw the attention of the owner to the missing handrail for elderly people. ”

We tried the Paratha Pizza, chips, Chicken Steaks, Chicken Manchurian, and mango lassi, all of which were absolutely delicious. My kids absolutely loved the food, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere of the restaurant was incredibly pleasant, with soft, relaxed music that added to the comfort. It’s been a very long time since I’ve enjoyed a meal in such a calm and welcoming environment. What made the visit even more special was how accommodating it was for my autistic child, who usually finds restaurants overwhelming. For the first time, he was completely relaxed and comfortable, which speaks volumes about the thoughtfulness put into the space. Paratha Box is also highly accessible, with a ramp for wheelchair users, making it an excellent choice for families with special needs. The staff went above and beyond by offering tasters of the chef specials before we placed our order, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness added to the overall wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Paratha Box for families, especially those with special needs children, as the atmosphere and service make it an ideal dining spot. We can’t wait to return! ”
